What can I send to get started?
A sketch, a PDF drawing, a 3D model (STEP or native CAD), an existing part, or just a description of the problem. We can take it from there.
Do I need finished production drawings?
No. Our design and engineering team can model an existing part, turn a 2D PDF into a 3D model, improve a design for manufacturing, or take an idea all the way to production drawings.
Do you make one-off parts and small production runs?
Yes. JointWerks specializes in one-off parts, prototypes and small production runs for product manufacturers.
Where are the parts made?
Fabrication and machining are done in our shop at 3040 Sawmill Rd, St. Jacobs, Ontario, in Waterloo Region.
How do I follow my order?
